Stage of the program and planning

We specialize in this critical stage, choosing the appropriate consultants and managing the planning meetings between them,
We will ensure that all the questions are answered, and the correct solution to all the customers requirements will be provided.
We will provide an orderly estimate and performance schedules.
At the end of this stage, the client has a full design image of the project whose components are:
- Program, quantity writings, technical specifications
- Budget
- Scheduling
Quotes and pricing
After we have: programs, technical specifications and quantities - we will proceed to the stage of receiving the bids.
Scanning of the quantities and plans is very important in order to avoid the lack of planning and avoiding unexpected costs.
The proposals will be compared and negotiated – until choosing the contractors.
We are particularly careful to match the contractor's capabilities with the required work content – all in full transparency with the customer and in one consultation with him.
Management and execution supervision
At this stage, the project is fully supervised.
Supervision includes the technical and professional side, as well as the quality of performance, meeting schedules, budgets, checking and approving accounts, performing weekly surveillance meetings, coordination with all the factors in the project: contractors, the customer, the consultants, the property owners (or the building's management company)
Submitted, occupancy, 12 month check
At the end of the project we clean up high-monitoring tours with the professional advisors,
In addition there will be an acceptance tests with contractors and the customer.
We will record and document the rejects.
After that we will accompany the customer while occupy the property.
All systems in the project have a first "test" – a year of examination. We will accompany the client and take care of all the problems that will be discovered during this year.
During this year usually we hold a promissory check as a financial obligation of the contractors.
